تاريخچه:
شروع بكارگيري روش حفاري با هوا در ايران ازسال 1970 وبوسيله شركتهاي خارجي در منطقه گنكان بوده است اداره حفاري با هوابا تجهيزات باقيمانده از شركتهاي خارجي درسال 1359شروع بكار نمودودر سال 1370اولين سري از تجهيزات خريداري شده به ناوگان قديمي افزوده گرديد. در سال 1380با دريافت 9كمپرسورپيچشي عمليات حفاري با هوارا در منطقه تابناك آغازنمود وحفاري در مناطق سخت با استفاده از اين تجهيزات وكارشناسان مجرب آنچنان ساده گرديد كه ركوردهاي بياد ماندني در پروژه تابناك بجا گذاشته شد بطوري كه سرعت حفاري در بعضي از مراحل به600 متر درشبانه روزرسيد.هم اكنون با ارتقاء تجهيزات وآموزش نيروي انساني اين اداره توانسته است باعث رضايتمندي صددرصد واحدهاي متقاضي شود.




حفاري با هوا:
اين بخش با استفاده از تجهيزات مناسب و كارشناسان مجرب و متخصص متولي حفاري در لايه هاي ضعيف و با شكستگي زياد مي باشد كه امكان حفاري آنها با روش هاي معمولي وجود ندارد و ضرورت بكارگيري هوا به عنوان سيال حفاري وجود دارد اين روش حفاري تقريبا تنها وسيله براي گذر از اين لايه است . برخي از مزاياي حفاري با هوا عبارتند از :

1-افزايش سرعت حفاري و كاهش زمان حفاري

2-كاهش تخريب لايه

3-كارايي بهتر مته و افزايش عمر مته

4-كنترل گمشدگي گل

5-كاهش هزينه حفاري

اگه کسی لطف کنه راجع به DIF با Drill in Fluid اطلاعات بده یا بگه معادل فارسیش چیه تا بتونم سرچ کنم خیلی ممنون میشم. تو صفحه های نت برخورد کردم باهاش و تو تکست های انگلیسی حفاری نمیتونم پیداش کنم متاسفانه رشته نفت هم نیستم با تکست های فارسی آشنایی ندارم. پیشاپیش ممنون از کمکتون.
